Ambras Castle Festival: Celebrate Like in Times Gone By – Ambras Castle Innsbruck as the Setting for One of Tyrol’s Largest Cultural Festivals
The Ambras Castle Festival will once again take place on 15 August and invites visitors to celebrate and marvel in the magnificent surroundings of Ambras Castle Innsbruck.
Organised in cooperation with the Innsbruck Festival of Early Music, the festival is dedicated to art, culture, music, and culinary delights. Travel back in time and enjoy fascinating guided tours, entertaining concerts, and a wide range of attractions for visitors of all ages.

Date & Time: Saturday, 15 August 2026, 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm
Admission: Admission to the festival is free of charge. Tickets for guided tours and concerts can be purchased on site on the day of the festival for EUR 6 per person.
Free Parking at the DEZ Shopping Centre: Visitors to the Ambras Castle Festival may use the DEZ shopping centre car park free of charge. A complimentary shuttle bus will operate every 15 minutes between 1.00 pm and 8.00 pm, travelling from DEZ (bus stop opposite IKEA) via Tivoli Stadium to Ambras Castle Innsbruck.
Parking along Schlossstraße in front of the castle will not be available on 15 August. A limited number of accessible parking spaces will be provided.
