Archduke Ferdinand II was not only one of the most important collectors of his era, he was also a thoroughly cheerful organizer of large parties. Discover not only his valuable glass treasures and special individual items, such as each ‘glass of the month’, but also unique trick glasses and the tradition of drinking games in Ambras Castle! 
During our tour through the castle, in the course of our guided tour ‘A glass too many?’, in addition to the exciting glass collections we will also explore the rock-carved venue of the communal drinks and drinking contests – the Bacchus Grotto.
